You don't need the main tool only, you need a lot of renderers or plugins (f.e. VRay, forester or fluid simulations). That's 1000 Euro here and there... Might be an idea to actually make people with less than x posts solve a captcha. It might deter a few of the spammers & double captcha (registration & posts) should screw over the regular bot spammers, though the human spam brigrade will still get past it, but at least it should slow them down & possibly irritate them enough that they will leave without managing to post a ton of threads.
