The Visionaire Portal (“Portal”) is operated by Visionaire Studio UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Operator”). The Portal provides access to product-related services, such as account management, downloads, license management, purchase history, support features, and—where available—community or feedback functions (“Services”).
These terms and conditions (“T&C”) govern the relationship between the Operator and registered users (“Users”) of the Portal. They apply to all Services offered within the Portal, unless specific Services provide additional terms.
Certain Services (e.g., paid plans, license purchases, beta access, community functions) may require additional terms. Users will be informed before using such Services.
The Portal is intended for individuals of legal age. Minors may use the Portal only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Registration may be required to access certain Services. Users must provide accurate and complete information where mandatory. Accounts may not be created under false identities or using misleading information.
Users should maintain only one account, unless the Operator explicitly allows multiple accounts (e.g., company/team licensing).
Registration may require email confirmation. An account becomes active only after the confirmation step is completed.
If registration is not completed, data entered during the process may be deleted.
The Operator may refuse registrations for objective reasons (e.g., abuse prevention, security, repeated violations).
The Portal may offer paid plans, licenses, or services. Pricing, scope of services, and payment details are displayed during checkout or before activation of paid features.
A paid contract is concluded when the user completes the purchase process and receives confirmation (e.g., confirmation page/email), depending on the payment method used.
If applicable, refund rules and statutory consumer rights (including any right of withdrawal) depend on the user’s status (consumer/business) and the nature of the purchase (digital content, license key, subscription). Details are provided during checkout or in a dedicated policy page.
Users can terminate use of the Portal and request deletion of their account using the available account settings or by contacting support, if a self-service option is not available.
The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of serious breaches of these T&C, abuse, security risks, or unlawful activities.
After deletion, access to the Portal and related Services is no longer possible. Certain data may remain stored where required by law (e.g., invoices, tax retention periods) or where necessary for contract execution or fraud prevention.
The Operator strives to keep the Portal available. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, security measures, or technical issues.
The Portal and Services may be improved, changed, or extended. Users have no claim to a specific scope of features, unless it is part of a paid contract explicitly guaranteeing features.
The Portal may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment providers, analytics, captcha, embedded media). Where relevant, such services are identified and may be subject to their own terms.
If the Portal allows users to submit content (e.g., forum posts, comments, bug reports, screenshots), users remain responsible for the legality of the submitted content.
Users must own the rights to any content they upload or have sufficient permission to use and publish it.
The Operator may remove content that violates these T&C, applicable law, or third-party rights.
Users must keep login credentials confidential and protect their account from unauthorized access. If misuse is suspected, users should contact support immediately.
In case of violations, the Operator may take appropriate measures depending on severity, including warnings, temporary suspension, removal of content, or permanent account termination.
Users are responsible for any content they submit and for their use of the Portal. If third-party claims arise due to user conduct, the user must indemnify the Operator, unless the user is not at fault.
The Operator is not obligated to monitor user-submitted information proactively. Upon becoming aware of unlawful content or activity, the Operator will take appropriate action (e.g., removal or blocking).
The processing of personal data is governed by the applicable data protection laws and the Portal’s Privacy Policy. Users should refer to the Privacy Policy for details on data categories, purposes, legal bases, and user rights.
The Operator may update these T&C for valid reasons (e.g., legal changes, security requirements, feature adjustments). Users will be informed in advance where required.
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of the user’s country of residence provide otherwise.
If any provision of these T&C is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
