Check this shit out. I randomly decided to send the spambo a PM. Just for pure fun of it. I certainly didn't expect a response.

Randomly spamming peoples sites must be the digital online equivalent of selling copies of "Big Issue" out on the streets of the UK. Super classy! :shakeshark:

Attention! It's a AI-test from "Ex Machina". You may believe it's human, but it isn't... wink

Don't underestimate children. They are able to think double-tracked.

A little girl feeds her doll with a spoon. "You must eat, you are sick, one for uncle Carl, one for Aunt Edith, you are a good kid..."
Mother laughts: "But your spoon is empty!"
Girl: "Of course, because it's a doll and can't eat!"

Shit. Blue screen. Now I have got a script error... script error... script error.... script error... smile

Only a joke... because I'm a spam-bot with Windows OS... *lol*

Think about Terminator with Windows... OMG.
"Do you really want to kill?"
    "Yes!"
    "Really?"
    "Really!"
"If you want - push yes."
    "Yes!"
"You have to push yes. If you want to abort, press cancel. Do you want to cancel?"
    "NO!"
    "Please wait..."
    ..click...click... sssss.... beep....
"This killing program isn't supported by Windows 13! Please go back. Killing has been automatically canceled. Read the log-file. Please wait: Windows is searching for updates. Please don't shut down... searching.... please don't shut down..."

    BANG!

    Blue screen...

"Error log 74564530987-ghter5-76ggz7: The Terminator engine had shut down by a hardware error caused by hostile enemy laser flash..."

haha, aye should have gone with mac.

I like windows, but it does have a lot of issues. Also I've been getting the odd occasional dreaded bluescreen randomly recently. Think it's because of the heat here, but not sure if it is that because my pc while running a bit hot shouldn't be super hot as I'm running a well vented case with liquid cooling. Maybe it's a shitty windows 10 thing. roll

Yeah, heat may be a good reason.

Since Windows7 it's much more better. Sometimes it's frozen or slow, because multitasking with 37 programs isn't that good... wink

I'm often multi-tasking too, but for some reason firefox seems to be so demanding - even with only 1 tab open it uses about 200mb RAM.

Only things I've installed recently to my knowledge is a few games & I doubt they are what's causing it to crash as they are all downloaded via Steam.

I suppose I should run an anti virus scan at some point, but I can't be bothered.

As for frozen/slow... use SSD & bang plenty of RAM in & it should run fine.

Yeah, Firefox climbs up to 4 GB RAM (!!), and then it crashes sometimes. But it's the same in Linux (now I use 17.3 Quiana and FF 53 uses 1,9 GB soon. It's not possible to clear this on the fly (no, clear cache, clear cookies, close tabs and so on don't really work). Only a new start of FF helps.

Games, RAM-hungry programs and mysterious tools are the most reasons for crashing Windows, well?

BTW: this spam-threads are great to babble *lol*

Interesting topic guys. For Windows PCs, the key is hardware. Get some good brand PC and windows will rock. For Mac it's easy, because it is always... a Mac. But for Windows life is hard with all these different hardware, it's simply so damn hard.

So my suggestion for troublefree experience is to get a branded Windows PC (don't make your own PC unless you have researched well) with some decent compatible (VERY IMPORTANT) memory. My own is a Dell with 16GB and 2 years now i've never had a blue screen or hang in my windows 10. I also own a Mac Book and boy the experience on Windows for me is way better, i only use Mac for my games' Mac builds, nothing else.
