Where is your project located? Windows 8 onwards is a bit iffy when it comes to write permissions in certain locations for some reason & requires administrator permission to be able to paste/write/overwrite things. I tend to work in a folder on my desktop or in a folder on my D (storage drive) where I installed dropbox.
You can give write permission only to the file (Ordner) Visionaire saves. Working with global administrator rights every day is a bit dangerous if you are online at the same time...
