ich habe 2023 die Indie-Single-User Lizenz erworben. So langsam komme ich endlich in den Bereich, dass das Spiel fertig wird. Ich würde das gern für Windows und Linux über Steam vertreiben, reicht meine Lizenz dafür? Ich habe die alte Email disbezüglich rausgewühlt, aber sie hilft inhaltlich nicht wirklich weiter. 

keine Sorge: Deine 2023 erworbene INDIE Single User Lizenz behält die Lizenzbedingungen, die zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs galten.

Damit kannst du dein Spiel kommerziell und digital über Steam für Windows und Linux veröffentlichen. Du benötigst dafür keine zusätzliche Distributionslizenz.

Die inzwischen geänderte Lizenzstruktur gilt für neue Lizenzkäufe und ändert deine bestehende Lizenz nicht nachträglich.

the original licensing terms of your Visionaire 4 Indie license remain valid. However, they apply to the Visionaire version covered by that license.

You can still develop and commercially release a game using Visionaire 4 under those original terms, but you would be working with the old Visionaire 4 engine and its technical capabilities.

If you want to use the current Visionaire release, including the current engine, features, compatibility updates and export options, you need a current license.

So the old licensing rights remain valid, but they do not automatically grant access to the current Visionaire version.
