Wont let me right click unless I already left clicked (Solved)

I am doing a left click/right click interface. I have set up actions for both, but the right click action won't work unless I have left clicked it first.

EDIT: I set the right mouse button to move character to cursor. This solved the problem.

could you provide more information on what you configured in the mouse settings?
