Maybe it's to do with exporting a video from photoshop? Is the video resolution the same size as your default game resolution?

Can you post a screen recorded video or screenshot of when the video plays via VS?

    Here you go! https://vimeo.com/227169336

The format I'm using here is webm. The video ends instantly as I wanted. But the distortion is still there. :\ The size of the photoshop format is 2261x1020 and my game is 1290x720. Maybe it's that...??

You pressed enter after dropping the file, there should be no enter.

To the distortion: Have you read my post ? You need to change the resolution of the video. Set it to 1920x1080, that would work. By the way, would be best to use your game resolution for the video resolution, but your game resolution looks weird, did you mean 1280x720 ? That would also be possible as it's a multiple of 16.

Oh my god. I input the intro video with the same resolution of my game and IT IS STILL DISTORTED. I can't take this anymore. Everything is fine expect the visuals. IT'S ALL WEIRD AND DISTORTED!!

Ever since I updated the visionaire studio app with RC5, it made the videos weird. The old other version was fine expect it wouldn't end instantly onto the next menu/scene. That was the only problem on the other version of visionaire.

Now on RC5, The problems started with distorted visuals, absolutely loud, abnormal sounds and music. And after few updates of RC5, The sound was fixed, but not the visuals, still glitchy looking, still wouldn't end instantly when done.

I realize that the format is what makes the video not end instantly. So technically the only god damn problem I have is the distorted VISUALS! It seems to not be distorted when the quality is low, in which I don't want at all. I want to fix this but maybe it's me, maybe I can't see the simple errors because I can't understand things properly and I am a bit dumb. So please please help me.

Which resolution did you use ?

I'll look over the support for the videos that are not divisable by 16. Maybe I can put that in for the next build I planned for the weekend.

Question: why is your video resolution so large? Why haven't you created the document at the same size as your game resolution? If your game resolution is set to 1920x1080, then your videos should be created at that size. If your game resolution is 1280x720 then your videos should be created at that size & so on.

There's an option on the main game settings tab in the VS editor that allows you to have videos scale to fill the screen space, but still, the videos should be created at the resolution size you have specified for your game.

Can you upload & link your intro video here for us to try? Also please could you tell use the resolution you have specified in the game settings tab for your game please?

Here is the link to the video....

    @AFRLme
And to that question. My document that I have, It doesn't have the audio filies and I have to find them and upload them again. And cahnging the document size looks flat. I technically don't have time to edit my photoshop file. And also. You can pause the video and see the settings I have there...

Yeah it works. The visual is fine (But it's a bit low quality... But it's okay!..) The sound is fine and it ends instantly as I wanted. Thank you.

    But..
I will have many videos that I want to input and it would be annoying to constantly ask to to encode every video for me. If you could somehow screen record your progress of encoding a video like how you did with the logo.avi? For reference, don't need to talk but just to see step by step in a video.

Even though you have in writing.. I am better at understanding with visuals and a video. I just need a clear preview of it. If you can't then I... *sigh*
