Systemanforderungen

    Hallo allerseits,

I ran Sandra and Woo on a really crappy HP laptop with  a dual core Intel, Intel graphics card and 4gb of ram with Linux Mint as the OS.
It ran fine with no slow down but to be fair Visionaire ha a lot better memory management these days

I guess the questuon is what the minimum requirements are for the VS Player to actually run... Thats a question only the devs can really answer.
Additionally depending on the game graphics which need to be hold in memory, etc you may need to analyze the infos in the console during gameplay (memory usage, etc).

If you have no idea anyway i would suggest to lookup other VS games released on steam or other portals like gog and check their requirements.

The minimum specs listed on the wiki under FAQ were based on the piss poor laptop I had at the time. None 1080p games ran fine, but 1080p games such as Chains of Satinav (satinavs ketten) had lag issues & I would have to wait at least 20 seconds to over a minute for each scene to fully load before it would play smoothly.

It's possible that the minimum has increased with the new VS editor & updates to the player, but the minimum you should really be aiming at with a 1080p game is probably dual core, with 2GB ram & about 512mb of dedicated VRAM, though 1GB would be better - a system along those lines should run any VS game unless it's 1080p & has a lot of large animations running at the same time.

To better gauge what your minimum & recommended target specs are you would need to run some tests by providing your game to different people with different pc/laptop builds to see how it runs on their machines.
