Positioning of Snoop Animations

Have been working with the snoop animations and noted that it is a bit of pain to position them properly. This is mainly because you have to position their top-left corner; so imo if you could actually visually position them on screen using a dialog like the 'Set Object Position' for example would be a great help.

There's a button "Place Snoop Animations" in the scene you can click at and set position to all the snoop animations visually.
