Please, give us a Forum index board
Maybe the request seems unimportant but, often when I am looking for information, it is difficult to find the right post.
With the increase of posts becomes more and more difficult to regain that post that you had read and who could be useful.
Unfortunately, the menu is not intuitive and many arguments are placed in the wrong section or in general.
With an index board would be much easier to put the post in the right section and find that post that you had read it months ago and that could come in handy later.
The index board would prevent double or triple post on the same subject.

Just an idea of course

would love to see that, too: Dont make the categories available via dropdown at the top (i dont use it-gets overseen mostly) . Make them separate sub forums  

Yeah! I don't know how difficult it can be to create an Index board, and maybe it's impossible.
Only developers can say if they can do it.
