parallax scroling backgrounds

Hi

Is it possible to make parallax scroling backgrounds (scenes) in visionaire studio ?
- Where the items far away moves slower than near items.

And if so - How?

select a scene object > effects: adjust scale factor x & y as needed - per scene object you want to affect.
