    thanks!
i tried several apps and online services (including google draw, etc.) but at the end i used openOffice which does the job just nice... buts its probably nothing like a projectmanagment software like articy.... i use Trello (which is free and has one of the most intuitive interface and controls, btw) to plan the tasks / todo's and (for my needs) this combi is more than enough...

articy is nice but requires a fair amount of processing power to run & is very expensive, especially if you need the multi-client version.
both vue (visual understanding environment) & yEd are completely free & are specifically designed towards creating flowchart maps in various layout styles; yEd for instance is a very versatile & dynamic program with loads of layout choices & options & both allow exporting the diagrams into various formats including .png & .svg (vector) which is really useful as you can attach the exported images to whatever planning software you are using.

I myself am using yEd for the diagrams, Asana (which is free for up to 30 team members) for planning/to do etc + notepad/pen + paper for the planning/management side of my project.

Hi guys, I had a hard time progressing with the game (job reasons), but i finally finished two making-of videos which can be watched on the blog (and NO, its not about a naked indie dev filming himself in a mirror smile ).

I know some people on here are pretty anti-3d wink but maybe even those candidates want to know how a sausage is made, without eating one wink
(but please note: we are not talking about realtime 3d)

the link can be found just above this post.

i hope you like it (any critisism/comments are always welcome)
    Enjoy!

    Hi everybody!

I just wanted to share our first gameplay video, I hope you like it (but any criticism is welcome of course) It took us almost a year to get to this point (if I ignore the 2 years preproduction/design phase grin )

Definitely not VS. Shadows, very dynamic camera movement & zooming, lots of critters running round everywhere & reacting to character position & it seems to gravity enabled as the character slides down the angled ship thing. Looks pretty interesting all in all. I like the camera work.
