I appreciate the new customizibility of the forum profiles. The little "most active" posters at the bottom is a neat touch too!

    Thanks Tymor. smile

I just added the Wiki. More to come...

If you like take a look to the german manual, I'm writing at the moment. An english manual like this will be started, once the german manual is finished. It will be possible to write such books in collaboration of many users - or alone. Also those books can be exported as a pdf or a ebook. It may be a modern alternative to the wiki.

I don't like the divide either. I think people should just be allowed to post in whatever language they like without having to select which language they posted in. Usually the title of a thread is a big enough clue as to whether it's in English or another language.

Segregating posts based on language belongs back in the dinosaur age. Just having the option alone for people to pick which language they want to post increases the odds that people will be lazy & post in their native language even if they can speak some English. Fair enough post away in your native language if you can't speak any English. I know this is probably coming across as somewhat biased because my native language is English, but having said that, anyone wanting to learn or work in game dev really should try to learn some English; especially if they intend to work in it professionally as a career or plan on forming or working with people around the world as...

    1. all programming languages are in English (to my knowledge)
    2. it's highly likely that anyone you work with that doesn't speak your native language will probably speak a little English.

I would also like to see forum categories. I would also like to see a icon / button that takes you to the first new post in a thread since you last looked at the thread.

I liked more when the reponse window have been part of the thread itself as mostly i've been reacting to something so i could write and see the previous posts in the same time.

    We fixed this problem smile

I still can't see it, only when i quote something, but not with making a clear post.

Also, the Page Numbers should also be at the Bottom of a Page (maybe at the Top ~and~ at the Bottom). When you scroll down unto the End of a Page and then have to scroll up again to switch to the next Page, that is quite annoying and unintuitive -- by that Point, one might even forget that the Thread has multiple Pages and get the Impression of having reached the End of the Thread.
