    Hello
I want to include the Traditional Arabic ttf font which came with windows in my game
I am worried about the licensing
Is it legal? It seems that its free everywhere on the internet
    Any suggestions are appreciated

Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer.
This said -- from what I understand, if you are embedding the font file with the software you are distributing, you could be sued if you are not legally entitled to do so.
You can also be sued if you are using a font file without license, because it is considered a "software program".
If you use the font for creating images and graphics, you should be fine distributing those because that is considered a "typeface", which is the visual representation of the font, and it is not protected by copyright (and it can't)
I am not sure about how visionaire embed fonts, but to be on the safe side I would not use the new TTF feature, and use the old method of rendering the characters on the template file instead (the one where you have to make a character map with underlines _ )

I recommend checking out websites like dafont.com. A lot of the fonts (there are lots of nice fonts) are free to use for commercial purposes.

Here's some information in regards to fonts distributed with Windows: http://www.microsoft.com/typography/faq/faq11.htm
