Cutscene in show scene/menü (Solved..kinda)

Are you starting your game from a savegame? That often causes problems if you made some changes since the save.

Nope, i play it from the Beginning, thanks for everyone trying to help, gonna look at it later. I'll tell you how i fixed it. If it will work.

Ok, i deleted everything, the npc and the scene and started from scratch, also i now use "change scene" instead of "show scene" means i'll have to hide the main character but thats ok. It works now.
