Complex way systems

Okay! I finally figured it out... And it seems to be working more or less as it should, as I have MUCH difficulty creating waypoints. Indeed, as you have to press the middle button of the mouse to enlarge / reduce  the sceneo... and that the same button is useful to scroll the size of the character... I always act on waypoints !... I find the method very hard to handle...

No! I shouted victory too soon : Finally I put a screenshot of my game to show you what it's all about, because I definitely can't do it!  (Thank you for not taking too much account of my scenery which is in progress wink )

the character always ends up messing up when he goes up the stairs.

I think, there are too many way points. You only need a skeleton spline inside of the area. Its'a a mess with scalements! Not necessarily like a border patrol way inside but from the middle to every border as tree branches.

I can't make a picture yet. Think of bunch of grapes without grapes...

Yeah, I don't believe you need that many either. By the way you can connect/disconnect a line between 2 nodes by left clicking on one node then right clicking on another.

I believe your way border lines may also be a bit too close together in some parts.

I also highly recommend adding the scaling points outside of your way borders. You could also have actually split up the stairs/upper floor way system separate from the rest of your scene - or maybe disable character scaling while they are on the stairs/upper floor.

I was pretty sure you'd tell me that ^^. I actually tried it a few different ways and since it didn't work with fewer nodes, I tried this mess ^^

So... After reading you I think there's some tool problem I might not know about, or something like that... because I've no idea how to "split" ways or disable the character scaling !??
