Certificate authentification problems at buy page

Hi! Sorry to bother you.
I intend to purchase a visionnaire multi user liscence (yay!)
But each time I try to purchase it, my browser warn me about the authentification Certificate being not the same as the URL.
I can of course bypass that, but I wanted to know first if this was a known issue, and if it was safe to purchase the product.
I do not know if this is the right section to post this, but nothing seemed to fit the subject.

That's no problem. It is safe and we have many purchases each week. We just need to implement a new certificate

I purchased a license last friday (order 5734) via advance payement for Project1.0 Sas
I recieved no key as of yet.
Just wondering if everything is normal or if I did something wrong.

check your spam folder? maybe they sent you it and it ended up in your email clients spamfolder?
