Center to multiple animations

    Hi,

I've got a character with different animations for speaking and gestures all which are done in the same standing pose. How exactly can I set the center for each animation to be precisely the same? I've tried setting them by hand but I can see a slight nudge between the animations still, and the "harmonize" tool isn't really helping because I can't seem to set the center at all even thought I've clicked the tool within the harmonizer. I'm getting a feeling that this is a bug and I should be able to set the animation's position freely inside the tool.

Any ideas? Possible bug or am I missing something?

4.0 beta contains a bug with the animation center of the harmonize tool. You need to upgrade to the RC version if you have not done so already.

The harmonizer allows you to select an animation to align the current animation to, which will allow you to do so if you click on the character center icon. It's a bit of a bugger to set easily though as each time you left click on the sceen it will automatically jump the character to that position. It's best if you set one of the characters to semi-transparent, click on the screen & then use the arrow keys to nudge it so that it is correctly aligned to the other animation - it's best to keep an eye on the feet.

Same place you got the beta version. wink

RC version is the release candidate version... it contains a new feature & some bug fixes. It was released a couple weeks after the beta version. A new update should also be coming out in the near future with additional bug fixes (not sure about new features).
