    Hi,

when I create a new object in the scene and add an action, I can't delete it with the minus sign. I geht an abnormal program termination every time. Solution?

Same thing happens to me, when I try to copy and paste an action. I'm also using the mac editor.

I tried to delete an action that was already there in the demo game that shows up when creating a new game with minimal configuration, this creates the same abnormal program termination.
Anyway, I'm not sure what happens to the files "Editor.xml" and "viseditor.log". Are they sent somewhere immediately? They don't seem to be on the harddrive.

We fixed it but it is not yet fixed in the RC. We had already built the RC.

Ok, I guess this will be no problem when I take great care when I create my actions. Will this affect anything in the future? I mean, is it possible the new version of VS that ist to come with this bug fixed will crash, when I decide to delete actions created with the current version?

No, that won't happen. The data structure is secured, it is only a problem with the gui.

    Hi Simon,
when will the next Version be released with the "crash-on-delete-action-bug" fixed? Just a rough guess would be fine. Working with the bug is a little hard, since I have to delete the whole object or character and redo it all if I want to delete an action now. Or create dozens of different versions of the ved file, practically every time before creating a new action somewhere, which makes things a little unübersichtlich.

With the Final version. We think in few weeks, because 4.0 should be stable.
