When will it be possible to compile for iOS iPhones?

Hello,
We developing a game which we want to release on iPhones too. We didn't find a way yet to compile it also for iPhones, just iOS for iPads. I know there were discussions about it years ago, but i couldn't find out smth about the recent news about it. When will it be possible? Or is it already possible? Or does the team from Visionaries needs some help in making the software able to compile for iPhones too?

Our game has 300 to 200px, so it shouldn't be a problem to display it on small and old iPhones.
Hope to get any news about it.
