If you plan on releasing the game on steam, gog etc, then they will package the games for you. If you are self publishing / releasing then I believe there was a thread a few months back about the various compilers available. You'll have to look for the thread as I've no clue what it was called or exactly when it was posted. I'm sure you will find it though!
