way systems bottom panel not refreshing or appearing

Hi everyone

Come across a very annoying bug in VS4.1 full, where the way-system panel wont show the tools.

I created a new action area, then click the new action area to draw the points but the crosshair doesn't appear, and neither does the bottom window pane.

It's happens a lot, and it seems can sometimes be fixed by saving, closing VS then starting again.

I think it's a WXWidgets bug. The way system/action area seems to be quite buggy & has been for a few versions since upgrading wxwidgets, actually a lot of bugs in the editor are probably being caused by wxwidgets, which is one of the reasons why Simon is coding a custom GUI for a future version of VS.

Thanks for the info, fingers crossed on Simons new GUI.. or a WXWidgets update to fix it.
