Way system: new points?

    Can I add points from path systems between two other points? It often happens that I want to add a bulge afterwards. But I always get junctions or single points, also with ctrl or shift.

    Right click to connect the current point with the other point.

    Yes, that's the problem: I don't want a "T". If I have a long line, I want to fit in four points, to make a bay.

    But the tip to merge two closed systems was helpful. Now I draw a complete new n-gon, let it overlap and merge finally.
