Black screen. The position is correct and I can see the image but it is not transparent but black. The image size is 1920x800 like the game resolution, I don't know if this is a size issue. confuse

Maybe it's the PNG type that isn't right, I suspect Visionaire to be unable to operate with PNG-8 (Indexed-color), I've tried the PNG-8 format with the font image and nothing was shown, then I re-exported the file in PNG-24 (TrueColors) and it worked.

Do you use photoshop ? If you do, don't use 'Save as' to save to PNG, use the 'Export for the web' (PNG-24).

I also had the 'black screen' issue, then I installed Vis 4.01 and no more issue (resolution 2560x1440). But I still have several crashs for some reasons cry .

My old PS CS3 hands out a correct PNG only if the picture is on its own level (=Ebene). If I declare a colour to make transparent (perhaps unused magenta) it doesn't work.

ok guys. If I save as png 24 interlaced, it works fine. Now I have a new issue. When I use this interface, (image size 1920x800) I can't see the hotspots under this image. When the cursor pass over the hotspot nothing happen, the hotspot is under the image? I'm not able to find the hotspots.

Seems like what you want to do cannot be done with interfaces. Interfaces have to borders, bounding rect, that is the image, and the border you set, both times the interface is selected and doesn't let anything through. You may be better off using a scene object.

Hey Millennium2k. What do you want the arrows to do exactly? If you give me a description I'll see if I can find a solution/alternate what you are trying to achieve.

It's a helper for the player. We use the arrows image in a scene in order to simulate a 360º view (in visionaire 360º view is not supported), basically there are 2 arrows (left and right). Please see the screenshot in attachment, when I put this image (in png interlaced) as bg image of the interface, it works fine but I can't see the hotspots because is like if the image is a layer... you know what I mean?

btw, why do you use interlaced png images? you should always save your images as non-interlaced because interlaced images are larger and only make sense for web pages (the interlaced data is not even used in Visionaire).

If I use a non-interlaced image in bg image of the interface, I'll see in game a black screen...
I have a lot of issue with Visionaire. Something simple becomes very difficult on my 2 PCs (desktop and notebook with win 7 home 64 bit) like my problems with the bg music... . I don't know.

can you send us your png file which does not work? There is no reason why the non-interlaced image does not work. can you make a screenshot of your png export options?
