The 'Create 'Display Text' action part automatically' function will not turn off.

I must have accidentally selected the 'Create 'Display Text' action part automatically' in the options menu, and now even though I have un-ticked the option, it will not stop.  

Every time I add a new action part Visionaire creates a 'display text' action rather than bringing up the menu. It's quite frustrating. Has anywone had this issue?
