Sync Containers. Crashing when adding transition for looping?

  • #1, by nikolaj-de-haan 5 years ago Zitieren
    Hi,

As you can see in this video Visionaire Studio crashes  when trying to use a transition area, if there is a marker in the end of the transition are (I am using that are to loop the music section when the end is reached). Am I doing something wrong here?

It makes the music system pretty useless for me, if I am not able to loop different regions...

    Thank you!

Judging by your crash reports, there seems to be something wrong with the ogg file, because it's crashing in the vorbislibrary...

Edit: others are in the engine, I'll try to fix those.

    Alright, thank you.
I'll try making a new ogg file too

Anything changed ? I couldn't get it to crash here....

    Hi Simon,

No it is still crashing for me. I tried making new .ogg files and a new sync container. But it crashes as soon as the transition happens as you can see in the video here:

Any other ideas? I'm on a Windows PC with Visionaire 5.1.6

    Hi,
Is there any ideas of when this update will be released?

    Does this mean no?

I don't mean to be pushy - I just have a demo I can't update due to visionaire crashing and builds malfunctioning when the transition occurs.

Just seems to be an odd sudden block, as it didn't used to be a problem.

I'll push it out an update at the end of the week.
