Hi everyone, I'm hneidernigel and I just started exploring Midnight Cafe. The art, music, and story really drew me in, but I've run into a strange issue that's making some cutscenes almost unwatchable.
Here’s what happens: during certain Incredibox cutscenes, the character animations run fine, but the background music either loops incorrectly or cuts out entirely for a few seconds, then resumes. Dialogue still appears normally, but the timing feels off, and it breaks the immersion a bit.
I'm running the game on Windows 10 with the latest official release and no custom scripts or mods. I’ve tried reinstalling and verifying the game files, but the problem persists.
Has anyone else noticed this audio glitch in Midnight Cafe? Is there a known fix, or could it be something related to certain sound card configurations? Any tips or advice would be really appreciated.
