Yeah I found the first one, but the link to te project file is broken. But I see in your second link the link to AFRLme's dropbox. With a volume slider folder:
it's an out of date method, but it should still work ok. I believe the script was actually written by Einzelkaempfer. I use a new script & method for option/volume sliders these days, but unfortunately I've not gotten around to sharing said method.
