i need the serial number for building my game, where is it? i put the registred code inside it doesen't work

Thomas should have sent you an email to the email address you provided when purchasing one of the licenses. It usually takes him anything up to 48hrs to sort out the key & email as he generates them by hand & it also depends on how busy he is or whether or not he's at the office.

The email should contain the username & key.

you downloaded the correct full version? both 3.x & 4.x are listed on the download page.

i try to redownload the full visionaire 4 , noow the program is just 20 mb instead of 90, what is that? i never see that, something is going wrong, i don't know what to do and i see in the forum im not the only person in this case , i need an answer

please send us an email so we can have a look at your registration info. the fullversion is only 20mb because it only contains the editor. there is no need to include the demogame in this setup.

one warning though: with the next update you'll need to enter your previous key again. in the current version the registration is broken for certain names, therefor we gave you a new key which currently works.
