Saving project error

Hi!

This is my first post as I just downloaded Visionaire 4 free demo version yesterday. I like it and I want to use it a lot, but I already have a big problem:

When I'm working with Visionaire, I can work like 5 minutes until any kind of graph (characters, maps, cursors, etc) just gets "narrow". Well, that's the first part, because since then, if I save my file project, a error message appears: " *** Caught unhandled unknown exception; terminating".
Of course, the file doesn't get saved and all the progress is lost unless I use it for 3 min, save, quit, and launch Visionaire again. It's quite annoying to do that so I hope you guys could know how this can be fixed

PS: I wanted to post a screenshot, but I only get a black image.

If you are wanting to post a screenshot of the game while it's running in fullscreen mode then you either need to use the screenshot lua script or use a program like fraps, or run the game in window mode & use print screen key on your keyboard to copy the window to the clipboard etc.

Otherwise error message windows & so on should be able to use print screen to grab those.

Could you post some information about your machine, os etc please? That should help the devs narrow down the issue & could you tell us if it opens up a window when it crashes that let's you save a .dmp file & if it does then if you could send the generated .dmp files to SimonS or BigStans then they will have a much better idea as to what's causing your issues.

Hi!

I'm using a Asus laptop, intel core i7 2'4 Ghz, 8GB RAM and enough space in the hdd. Also I run the game in window mode, but it still showing a black window even if I just select the error window. Anyway the error text window is actually little.
It doesn't show any .dmp file, of if it does, I don't know where it is :/

Now I was trying to "force" it and get the error again, but now it lets me save the game. It more or less works but it keeps narrow unless i restart Visionaire. I don't understand nothing lol.
