"Run Game" problem in VS5

  • #1, by AkcayKaraazmakSunday, 11. June 2017, 17:34 7 years ago
Hi guys, when I run the game for testing from the editor and close it by clicking X and then when I again run the game its says "The application is already running". And when I check from the windows task manager I see the visplayer.exe *32 running in the Processes. So its not getting erased from the memory. I need to close the VS editor and open again to run the game. Even sometimes it doesnt work :\ Any suggestions friends?

what happens if you exit via ctrl+q ?
Does the vis-player remain in the task bar when you quit it by pressing "X"?

Thats weird. First time i heard of that bug and it should occour at everyones windows since VS5 release if it was a engine/player problem...

Did you tested another project if this problem also occours there?
Does you game and/or VS Studio log outputs any interesting?

It doesn't seem a big problem, I've noticed instead that the config file doesn't save correctly. I have to manually delete the app data folder to reset all the content.
