Problem with license code

I can't access the section of the site to download version 5 of visionaire studio, I bought a license about 1 year ago, I don't get an email when I make a request for a new license key, my mail is empty and no code arrives, how can I solve it?

Did you checked your Spam folder?

And are you sure, that you using the right email adress?
