Positive values on the volume sliders does not have any affect

Okay, one more audio post from me today

Setting the faders of an audio container to values above zero, does not seem to have any impact on my sounds. Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

Seems to work only inside of mix containers, because OpenAL doesn't really allow higher gain than 100%.
