Perspective effect on camera movement

I was seeing Belladonna's Steam Greenlight trailer and I saw something that I usually do on animation.
I really don't know if there is a name for that in English, but you can see at 0:56 / 0:57 seconds (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-nf6Rtbns0).

When camera moves, there is an perscpetive effect, scenarium objects moves separately, giving the impression of distance, like a Z axis. I thought it was impossible to do in Visionare. How could this be done?

And maybe something else... at this exemple, the sky and the moon moves with the camera. Is it possible to make them freeze, whithout movement, when camera moves?

Thank you, and sorry about my english!

I believe you are referring to parallax scrolling, no? Independent scrolling speed of objects & backgrounds.

This can be applied to any scene object via the effects tab of each object. There are 2 slider options. One controls the scroll speed of the object horizontally (x-axis) & the other controls the scroll speed of the object vertically (y-axis).

I'm not sure if you could stop an object from scrolling - maybe with Lua script but not 100% sure. As for the background, that scrolls with the scene.

Set Scroll factor to zero in "Effects" section in object preferences
