I would like to confirm the problem related by Andy.
We have this issue in ASA: Remastered Edition, and we are 99% sure that it is not a bug in the game. It's a problem with the savegames system (no problem with autosave - only manual savegame).
It happens on Windows and Mac (and probably Linux too but nobody complained yet).
The problem is that, sometimes, when people save the game in a scene where there are hotspots (actions), then they quit the game, and when they load it later, the savegame is like broken: the scene can be loaded and the game seems to work fine, but in fact the hotspots are disabled. And when I say disabled, I mean: totally dead! The mouse cursor doesn't change on rollover, the actions are disabled, etc... --> You cannot click on the hotspot, and as a result you cannot continue the game. The savegame is broken, and people have to restart from the beginning.
I personnally never had this problem because I played with the autosave during the Beta Test. However, since other people complained about it, I tried it by myself and I must admit that it's true : it happens here and there. The game loads, you can move from a scene to another, but some of the hotspots are dead and you cannot solve the puzzles anymore. There is nothing to do, you have to restart from the beginning.
Do you have an idea? Do you know this problem already? Will it be fixed in the next update? It is very important, because several of our customers are waiting for a fix. Thanks!
