Looking for English tutorials

I notice that a lot of the tutorials for Visionaire Studio are  from many years ago (thus are of limited relevance) and/or are not in a language I can understand. What are some of the latest tutorials (e.g. YouTube) that involve setting up the character and especially involving setting up various rooms?

I think you're good with watching some of the older stuff. Not that much changed with e.g. setting up a character.

I couldn't find any tutorials on initializing a character's starting point. I have tried to follow the initial game / demo setup, but there doesn't appear to be a indication of how to get my character to start at desired spot. And when I draw boundaries for my scenes, it simply prevents the character from accessing the desired spots (having the reverse effect of what I intend).

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Actually, I believe I have figured it out. I find that some of the features are rather hidden. For example, setting the background image for a scene does not appear in the main dialog area -- it requires that you select the 'Properties' header (which initially doesn't appear to be an option you can select, but rather appears to be a title of the listed options).

I am enjoying Visionaire Studio for the most part. It seems like a viable engine.
