I purchased a Visionaire Studio license yesterday via PayPal and received confirmation emails from PayPal and Visionaire, but when I was supposed to return to the Visionaire website, an error 500 occured. I got no email containing the license key, and when I try to retrieve the code online I only get a message "There is no license key for this email...". Maybe this error occured because I registered a Visionaire account only after purchasing the license (so the email address was indeed unknown at the moment of purchase)?
Unfortunately there seems to be no support link on this website, so I searched the forums. In another post regarding the exact same problem the user was advised to write a private message to Marvel; I did this yesterday (clicked the envelope symbol on his profile page), but got no answer so far. So now I have payed for a license key that I never received, and no confirmation that the problem was even noticed. Maybe Marvel is just not there at the moment, or too busy, or the email went to the spam folder, or he got the message but cannot answer (I forgot to include my email address in the text, but the message system should do that automatically, right?)
Has anybody experienced the same error 500? Should I just wait a few days? Or am I missing something obvious here?
