License key missing

    I purchased a Visionaire Studio license yesterday via PayPal and received confirmation emails from PayPal and Visionaire, but when I was supposed to return to the Visionaire website, an error 500 occured. I got no email containing the license key, and when I try to retrieve the code online I only get a message "There is no license key for this email...". Maybe this error occured because I registered a Visionaire account only after purchasing the license (so the email address was indeed unknown at the moment of purchase)?

    Unfortunately there seems to be no support link on this website, so I searched the forums. In another post regarding the exact same problem the user was advised to write a private message to Marvel; I did this yesterday (clicked the envelope symbol on his profile page), but got no answer so far. So now I have payed for a license key that I never received, and no confirmation that the problem was even noticed. Maybe Marvel is just not there at the moment, or too busy, or the email went to the spam folder, or he got the message but cannot answer (I forgot to include my email address in the text, but the message system should do that automatically, right?)

    Has anybody experienced the same error 500? Should I just wait a few days? Or am I missing something obvious here?

    Usually the license is unique to you so its done manually.. I wouldn't worry

    alternatively you can join our discord server (link is in the footer, icon to the right of the twitter icon) & you can ping Simon & he will be able to sort it out fairly quickly - unfortunately, he's not online at the minute, but he's usually online most days until late-ish.

    ok, might take a couple of days or so then. Thomas (Marvel) is often quite busy, but if I remember, I'll ping Simon later on if I see him online.

    P.S: discord can also be used via your internet browser, though the desktop application is much better.
