How to send NPC to position.

in my game i have action, where NPC is listening radio, when i turn off the radio, he stands up and goes turn on the radio again.
I had all this like one animation, but it was just too much frames. So i put this into parts.

    1. play animation, NPC stands up.
    2. action send character NPC to position
    3. play animation turn on radio
    4. action send character back.

But, it's not working, nothing happens, why i can't tell to NPC to goes somewhere?

    Thank you :-)

did you define character speed/steps? I'm not sure what's happening there... it seems to play an animation but really really quickly & then not bother walking to position you set it to walk to.

you defined the character center for the walk animations etc?

If your character is not allowed to exit the way border then maybe that is what is causing it. What are your way borders?
