How to change Themes in 5.3.2

Hey all,
My ole eyes can't distinguish the default color scheme.
I see with the new version, Themes can be changed, but can't figure out how to do it.

There are four little buttons in grey scale in the lower right corner. Click on these.
But the other themes are not easier on the eye than the default one, in my opinion.

I also think that the font should be much lighter, I also have big problems reading, especially after an hour of work or so, it's really exhausting. The dark grey is pleasant, the font is just not light enough.

There are lots of little things that could be improved relatively quickly. (highliten in which channel you are currently in, for example. For me, the font should be like the "Visionaire Studio 5" at the first welcome page (Or like the "Create new game"...
