How do I delete waypoints on Mac OS X?

  • #1, by Raven Singularity 9 years ago Zitieren

Using 4.2.5 on Mac OS X 10.10, and there doesn't appear to be any way to remove waypoints.

Instructions online say to press "Del", but Mac OS keyboards do not have the PC-specific Delete key.  Mac OS' "Delete" key acts as a PC "Backspace" key, I think.

Is there no way to remove waypoints short of buying a PC keyboard?

there is a del key on mac keyboards. But only on full size ones. If you jave the small ones use fn+Backspace
    (if i remember correctly)

Fn+Delete did not seem to work when I tried it.

It's working now, I'm not sure why Fn+Delete didn't work earlier.  I tried that plus Mac+Delete, Alt, Shift, Ctrl, etc.  :-P

The mac keyboard thing confused me as well. Had to use mac recently due to a bit of freelance work - not used to the keyboard at all. As Sebastian said, it's fn+backspace on small mac keyboards.

P.S: quite surprised by how many mac users there are using VS. A lot of apps, games & game engines are still windows only.
