Hello, I didn't receave the mail with the licence key for Visionaire. I'm patient but I got nothing in a week, I worry about it.
Why it take so long? There's a bug in mail system? Do I have to delete the transaction?

Send Thomas (Marvel) a personal message. Usually it takes up to 48 hours to receive a license key.

It's from another sender server, different from the usual Visionaire mails. Maybe it's in your spam mails or deleted... That happens to me :-)

Hey Wilddragon, I have to apologize. I've heavily been hit by a bad flu and couln'd check for new orders. You get your license ASAP!
