Forum - Profile Picture

It is not possible to change the profile picture. The upload doesn't work. I tried with different file-types and browsers. Is this a known bug?

The website has been undergoing changes for a while, so a lot of things are not working correctly at the minute. Hopefully there will be a new forum / website before too long. I don't have any specifics on when it will be ready though.
