    Fixed in the final. The iOS RC has an GAME folder, which was changed by me… Now it works smile

    Hello everyone. I'm kind of lost in the iOS export, I did the procedure to install the iOS player in Visionaire (was easy), I exported to iOS without problem. But then I have 3 files, "config.ini" "game.ipa" "game.vis". I thought that the game would be packaged all into the IPA file like a normal App would, what I'm doing wrong ?

    I'm using "Visionaire v4.0 build 1171" (The final Full version) on a iMac, Mavericks 10.9.4

    Hi, the game.ipa is your file ^^ The others are just used to be packed in the ipa, so just install the ipa.

    Right,
    verified the 4.0 player and it works. If somebody has issues to use the player, make sure, you use V4 Final and the 4.0 final updated ipa player (downloadable on the wiki).

    I would like to say that the iOS support is not fully documented on the Visionaire's Wiki.

    - Can install Visionaire Player on iPhone or is it for iPad only ?
    - What resolutions are supported or recommended ?
    - What iOS versions are supported besides iOS6+, what about iOS7 ?
    - What is "armv7" ?
    - Is it compatible multi-touch ?

    I'm currently testing the Player on iPad on iOS6.1 but it's crashing and it gets back to apps, maybe it's my game (made under Vis v3 then exported with Vis 4 Final Full version) ?

    - Can install Visionaire Player on iPhone or is it for iPad only ?
    iPad, because the screen from the iPhone was too small.
    - What resolutions are supported or recommended ?
    FullHD / HD (720p) or an iPad resolution (4:3) or something else. It has to do which kind of game you would like to make.
    - What iOS versions are supported besides iOS6+, what about iOS7 ?
    - What is "armv7" ?
    The CPU. Starting @ iPad 3. So, iOS6.1+. The + stands for iOS 7 too.
    - Is it compatible multi-touch ?
    Yes. We mapped 2 Fingers down / up to the mouse wheel event for example.

    Can you sync it with iTunes and send me the messages.log? Or better can you upload the .vis then i can have a look at it.

    And thanks for the infos, I have iPad 2 so I guess I won't be able to test the iOS Visionaire Player, at least now I know it ^^. I'll maybe invest in an new iPad, i think it worth the investment. Happy to see it's multi-touch compatible, can't wait to try it out !

    On the iPad 3 it works smile
    Nice demo. I think the iPad 2 has too low memory.
