Action area button and cursor issues

Hi! I'm new to Visionaire and I have no experience in programming or anything of this sort. Recently I've bumped into an issue. I am trying to make a "help" button. Small icon in a corner that when the cursor hovers over it, a window with basic controls pops up. I've seen some other examples in other people's games etc etc but for whatever reason my action area button doesn't react at all to my cursors. It just sits there and mocks me. Any ideas what could be an issue?

For action areas of buttons to work, the area needs to be on a background. The background can be transparent, but it needs to be there and big enough to cover the area of the button.
