4.2.5 Trouble with installation [SOLVED]

Anyone else having problems with their "vis-setup-full-small-4_2_5.exe" launching under Windows 10? I downloaded the free version with demo game and that started without a problem. However the exe stated above just loads forever and never proceeds to the actual installation.

Still no one else? I'd love to bugfix my game for the players but can't even install this new full version

I'm running windows 7 & no problem.

Im no windows user, so i csnt help here. But it would be great if you can provide more Information about your system. Did a prior version work?

Prior version did work and so does the "demo" version of the new build, but when trying to launch the installation.exe it doesn't even start, just gets stuck forever. Running with administration rights doesn't do a thing either.

It could be a windows 10 thing? But I'm sure there are a few users on here that have managed to install it on their windows 10 machines.

Have you tried re-downloading it from the server? It could just be that the installation file got corrupted during download or something.

Alas no luck, I've downloaded the new version several times... ran it under compability mode but no luck

Could you try to see if anything appears in the eventviewer.
Press win+r and type "eventvwr.exe" in the field. Klick ok.

Try to search for visionaire related alarms and events...

No entries that I see, I also tried to reinstall graphics card drivers, no luck.

The weird part is the demo-version works perfectly, no problems whatsoever. Not sure what could be the difference here.
