Hello why vs can't load 120 DPI images?

Here's everything missing on how to help you.

- which image format ?
- what does "can't load" mean ?
- Mac/Windows ?
- which visionaire version ?

If you're using jpeg, dpi won't matter at all, because the engine is only counting pixels.
