[Solved] VS4 Final - background music is not working

I get some errors in the logs (in attachment) but nothing about sound files.
In the report.txt file, I can see all the sound files, even those that do not work.

I tried on pc of my friend and the bg music works fine... I don't know...

Please take a lot at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\VisionaireStudio\<game>\config.ini or if you entered company and game name C:\Users\Simon\AppData\Local\<company>\<game>\config.ini

I have just this:
MusicVolume = 100
SoundVolume = 100
SpeechVolume = 100
MovieVolume = 100
GlobalVolume = 100

My friend has Win8 and I have Win7 installed. Could be a Windows issue? .net framework?
Can you provide me the Visionaire Studio 4 requirements?
Maybe my windows needs a specify update?

I don't know, before I used Visionaire 3.7.1 but just the free version and I could not try the game built.

Have you tried reinstalling (long shot) MSVC Redistributable?

Please check your generic sound device.
Did you have more than 1 Soundcards? Like 1 on-board and 1 PCI slot.

Or did you have an custom %AppData%\alsoft.ini configuration file?

I have just a soundcard onboard and I have not a alsoft.ini...
Maybe the problem is that my friend starts the project and then he give me in order to continue the develop...
On friend's pc the bg music works fine.

I have deleted the game folder in C:\user\<username>\appdata\local\simon says play so I forced Visionaire to recreate the folder... and now the bg music works!
