Trouble upgrading license!

I've just bought the MOBILE license, and downloaded a setup with the key, but I can't build for android because "The selected platform is not available" what is causing that?

I can't seem to find a Visionaire Player for that platform, if there is any..

Please wait for the final of Visionaire 5. It will be much easier there.

Quick note: the mobile license doesn't actually have anything to do with exporting for mobile. It just a license that allows you to create & distribute commercially a single title (game) for profits for mobile/tablet platforms (android/ios) & allows distribution for windows, mac & linux too.

It doesn't matter which license you have as you can export for any platform from Visionaire Studio regardless. There is only one application for evaluation & another application for license holders which has the build option enabled & no 10 scene limit cap.

Well, waiting for V5 is a little late. The license was for v4 I believe, so I guess that's money out the window? I thought I needed the license to test builds..razz

Anyways, I have made a successful build for Windows (I use W10), but as I also check the Android box before building, I get the message that it can't be done :/

Send Thomas (Marvel) a PM about it. I'm pretty sure each license type is explained on the relevant license page on this site & on the wiki?

Both Mobile & Professional licenses are per title (game licenses) which are needed to distribute a game for mobile platforms or as a physical boxed product in a retail store &/or as a product that will be distributed by a third party publisher (as in not self-published).

P.S: I believe Android export is buggy in Visionaire 4.x. As simon said, wait for official release of 5.x to come out. It's a lot more complicated than simply using the export section of Visionaire Studio 4.2.5 to successfully export a working android build - or so I've been told.

    Ok, I will smile

Btw the Wiki links are dead, not all but many included the Build section.
