So I first encountered the issue when I attempted to associate an animation of the main character looking up at an object with an action. The problem was that after cropping the animation (I use another software to animate) and uploading them into Visionaire, they would appear huge compared to the main character even though their dimensions in Windows explorer are identical (or at least in line with that of the main character's standing animations).
Now I've just encoutered the issue again whilst trying to animate the main menu screen using an inactive and an active image for the animations. The cropped inactive image appears massive.
The first image is of the layer 'New Game' as it appears in Visionaire (huge), and the second shows the very same .png layer as it appears in Photoshop with the same 1920x1080 dimensions.
Anyone help me out on this one?
